Health Check-up Camp for the Poor and Needy
We are organizing a Free Health Check-up Camp dedicated to serving the poor, underprivileged, and needy members of our community. This initiative aims to provide essential healthcare services to those who lack access to regular medical facilities and preventive care.
Objective:
To promote health awareness, detect early signs of illness, and offer immediate medical assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals, ensuring no one is left behind in accessing basic healthcare.
Services Offered:
The camp will include the following basic health checks — free of cost:
General Medical Consultation Evaluation by certified doctors for common health issues and medical advice.
Blood Pressure (BP) Check Early detection of hypertension and cardiovascular risks.
Blood Sugar Test Screening for diabetes to help in early diagnosis and management.
Body Mass Index (BMI) Check Assessment of height, weight, and nutritional status.
Eye Check-up Vision screening and basic eye health evaluation.
Dental Check-up Oral hygiene check and guidance for dental care.
Hemoglobin Test Screening for anemia, especially in women and children.
Basic ECG (if required) For individuals showing symptoms of cardiac issues.
